can I claim fees paid for my childs summer secondary school

No, you are not able to claim your child's summer secondary school fees on your income tax return.  These are considered as personal expenses and are therefore not tax deductible.  You would only be able to claim the portion of the fees that relate to child care services.  If this does not apply, then you cannot claim it.
