Can I claim my RRSP contributions before my contribution receipt is available to CRA?

My RRSP contributions for the first 60 days are available, however my contribution receipt does not generate until March 25th.

For the 2018 tax year, provided you contributed within the first 60 days of 2019, you can claim a deduction, whether or not you have the actual receipt to hand. If CRA do not get their copy, sent from the slip issuer direct, your deduction may be affected.

You must not exceed your 2018 deduction limit, of course.
