The Manitoba Tuition Fee Income
Tax Rebate is for people who have graduated. The Tuition Fee Income Tax Rebate
Advance is for people who haven’t yet graduated. Basically, the Advance gives
you a part of Rebate early.
So if you are eligible for the Advance
