Can my wife not use her tuition credit if she lived in a different province last year

What province where you in last year and which province are you in this year?

Depending on which province she moved from and moved to, she may or may not be able to use her provincial tuition credit in the new province.

She can still use her federal tuition, regardless of which province she moved from/to.
