Can not Netfile my return due to this error ;retroactive lump-sum payment on Form T1198? Does anyone know what this means? I didn't claim any such thing?

You may want to return to the Info section of TurboTax. Click on Contact Information and ensure that you have answered "No" to the question "Is your mailing address outside Canada?", and that you have entered a Canadian address.

After saving your return, you should be able to continue and NetFile.
