Using the business tax product. Worked half the year as an employee and the other half as self employed. How is CPp contributions calculated in turbo tax given that? Do I have to amend seperately?

You will include your employment income and your self employment income on your tax return.  CPP on self employment is calculated automatically by the software.  As you are self employed, you will also have to pay the employer's portion of CPP.  The CPP calculated will be included as part of your tax liability on the tax return.
