Cpp income optimizer. Cannot find it. Help menu says its only on Premier version which I have

how do I initiate the cpp income optimizer on Turbo Premier

The CPP Optimizer is located in the Tax Centre. 

Click the Tools button at the top of the screen (between the View and Preferences buttons). From the menu that appears, select the Tax Centre. The CPP Optimizer is in the TaxSaver Tools column.
