Cpp overpayment and ei contribution

for my T4 i got two T4 and there is the cpp contribution on my t4

while i input my first t4 the refund will show as my basic tax refund and the cpp contribution on my t4

while i input the second one  the credit are all disappear on my refund  there will only be my provincial credit no mpre cpp credit 

why why this happend  my friends who has Two t4 will not have this problem . his  will be yhe provincial credit and the cpp From  Two t4


my total employee income is around 5k

Cpp overpayment and ei contribution

The first $3500 you earn from employment is exempt from CPP. So if your first T4 had CPP contributions listed, you may have been due a refund of those amounts. Once you entered additional income that climbed over the $3500 mark, if the second T4 had no CPP, there would be CPP due on the total income over the $3500 mark.

Double check that both of your T4s have been entered properly.
