Daughter earned income over $5000 she has tuition to claim for 1900 when I enter this it doesn't change her refund do I just transfer the whole amount how does this work?

I would like to know if I can transfer the whole amount to myself?

Tuition is a non-refundable credit which means it will only lower tax payable. Since your daughter's income is low, she wouldn't have any tax payable so none of the tuition would be used.

She can choose to transfer all or part of her unused amounts to you. You'll need a few numbers from her completed return to transfer the amounts on your return and you'll need to list her as a dependant.
