Deducting Annual Professional License Fees

I am a little confused how to claim Annual professional Fees in turbotax. In Ontario we pay HST on those fees. In box Box 21200 It asks whether HST was paid.  I put the full amount I  paid in that box   and answered yes to paying HST.  The turbotax program automatically creates a HST deduction for this. According to the CRA if your employer is a financial institution, you are not  eligible for the rebate.. so how do enter this amount? Do I enter the full amount (including HST paid) and say No to the question whether HST was paid or do I enter the total amount EXCLUDING the HST and answer No to whether the HST was paid?
