Do I claim the Ontario Taxpayer Rebate of $200 as income? If yes, where do I claim this income amount?

I received a $200 Ontario Taxpayer Rebate-Adult on 2025-01-23 from the Ontario Ministry of Finance. Where do I claim this income?

The $200 Ontario Taxpayer Rebate-Adult is a tax-exempt, non-taxable benefit, so you do not have to report it as income on your 2025 tax return. It is a refund of previously paid taxes, not a taxable benefit or income. There is no need to take any action to report this payment.
