Do I enter additional contributions we made to a registered pension plan if it was a transfer from an existing RRSP? This contribution did not show on our T4.

Transfers from one registered plan to another are normally considered direct transfers that are not included into income nor are they deducted from income.   The only reporting would be the transfer form and transaction receipt issued.
