Do I enter the amount we withdrew for first time home buyers from our RRSP?

We withdrew money from our rrsp's for first time homebuyer's.  My tax receipt from the RRSP company only shows the amount I paid into.  Is there an additional form that I should have received and/or is there a place within Turbo Tax that I am supposed to enter this amount that we withdrew (even though it is tax free)?  Also, when I received the payment from my RRSP, I received the payments that were within the last 89 days that were subject to tax.  Where in Turbo Tax would I fill in this information?  I presume I must have to choose that I withdrew funds to enter this amount, but do I also enter the whole amount I withdrew, or just the amount subject to tax?

You should have received a T4RSP that shows the HBP withdrawal amount in box 27.
This needs to be entered on your tax return on the T4RSP entry page.

Thank you so much.  I was thinking there must be some type of form to record this.
