Do I need to claim a releve 5 for social assistance if I received it from Ontario Works before moving to Quebec?

If you received a Relevé 5 for this income, then you need to enter the Relevé 5 on your tax return.

However, if you didn’t get a Relevé 5, only a T5007, then you don’t need to fill in the Relevé 5 page.
