Do the questions about your spouse have to be filled in if you spouse passed away on May 26, 201

Do the questions about your spouse such as income have to be filled in if you spouse passed away on May 26, 2015? I have filled in widowed.

Yes, the CRA still requires this information. It's used to calculate shared credits with the surviving spouse.
