    Does pension splitting reduce my net income? I filled out the T1032 but my income stayed the same.

    Does pension splitting reduce my net income? I filled out the T1032 but my income stayed the same.

    The total income of the pensioner is not reduced but the net income is. Check line 210 of the Detailed Tax Summary or your PDF copy to view the split amount.
