The turbotax online form T4RSP is missing field 22. I need this field to enter how much $ I withdrew from my RSP.

There is something wrong with the form because an entry field for that corresponding box on my actual T4RSP should be on the TurboTax form! Again, this is for box 22: Withdrawal and commutation payments. Thank you.
