How can I find my rrsp deduction limit statement without accessing the CRA website? Since it is just giving me a sign in error....

You can find your RRSP deduction limit on last year's Notice of Assessment.  If you don't have a paper copy in your files, I recommend trying to get into your CRA account again.  There were some outages yesterday so you may have more luck today.
