How Do we claim previous years tuition expenses?

Thanks for your question. If you did not previously claim the tuition amounts in the year that they originated, you will need to file an adjustment request for that tax year and then carry them forward.  Once that tax return is adjusted, you can then apply them to your current tax return.  Please see the following FAQ for instructions on how to file an adjustment request.
