How may I eliminate a form from printing when it is NOT applicable and no amounts were ever added on the form?

In FormsView - top of page - "Edit > Forms> Closed unused forms". This will close any forms that you do not wish to print.  

To get back to EasyStep - top 4th icon > EasyStep.
