How to report calculation error for CNIL in Quebec ?

CNIL (Cumulative net investment loss - PNCP in french) is not properly calculated in Quebec on TP-726.6. Line 21 should include capital gains that are not deductible from trusts (gains de fiducie non admissibles) shown in box A on RL/16, but it does not. This amount should also appears on line 11 of TP-726.7 but it does not. It appears that only capital gains coming from the sale of public shares or similar goods are included.  CNIL calculation for federal is ok.

In testing – this works fine.  Once you enter in your T3 Box 21 – Capital Gains, which translates to the RL16 Box A.

The calculations are then applied to TP726.6 line 21 and to TP726.7 line 11.

Please ensure you have the latest version of the software by applying all recent updates.

Also, double-check that you entering all amounts on your Tslips and RL correctly to ensure proper calculations.
