I am a Canadian student abroad (Italy) on a Phd Scholarship. I dont have a T2022 because my school is Italian. I have Italian residency also, do I need to file?

I dont know where to put my monthly scholarship (full-time) amount because I dont have a T2202.

Congrats on the scholarship.

This would depend on if you are a Canadian resident for tax purposes. Please use the questionnaire inside TurboTax. Or you can also use the following questionnaire from CRA:

https://www.canada.ca/en/revenue-agency/services/tax/international-non-residents/information-been-moved/determining-your-residency-status.html

In the case you are a resident, please see the following section inside TurboTax to enter the information:
Deductions > Students > Tuition Fees > Use the Foreign Category.
