I am eligible for the Ontario Climate Action credit, I have followed the steps to claim this credit yet it is not reflected in my total tax refund amount. Why?

The Climate Action Incentive credit is reflected on line 449 of your tax return.  The Climate Action credit payment will be automatically applied to your balance owing for the year, if applicable, or may increase the amount of any refund you may be entitled to.
