I am trying to claim the provincial and federal tuition transfers however the software only allows me to claim federal even though my childs return shows both available

her return says there is $XXXX available to transfer under both federal and provincial tuition amounts but this software will only let me use $XXXX under federal - I keep getting the message there is none available under provincial but there is

What province are you in? Is your child filing a return for the same province? Do you have taxes owing on your provincial return? Are you using TurboTax Desktop or TurboTax Do It Yourself (Online)?
