You can claim the full amount of your Interest or Carrying Charges including GST/HST on Line 22100 of your tax return. To claim this in TurboTax, you can do so in two ways:

  • From the sidebar in TurboTax, go to Income > Investment Expenses > check the box beside Investment management and advice (includes carrying charges) > Continue
  • Using the Find button (little magnifying glass in the top right corner), type in Invest > highlight Investment Expenses > click Go
