I can't fine box 14 for filling out one of my T4A slips State of Pension, Retirement, Annuity and other income. What do I do?

As per the Canada Revenue Agency: T4A slip: Statement of Pension, Retirement, Annuity, and Other Income Box 14 is the Recipient number which does not get reported on the return.
