I entered my tuition on the T2202 however my parents paid it and I want to transfer it to them but it says my eligible transfer amount is 0.00. Tuition costs was 5,400

If the eligible transfer amount is 0.00 it's because you needed all of the $5400 tuition amount to bring down your taxes.
