I have a military pension and pay PSHCP deductions. Can I claim as medical deduction?

It depends. If the contributions are reported on a T4 (box 135) or you contribute to a publicly funded health care plans offered by a province or territory, then you can’t deduct them. If it’s a private health services plan, then yes, you can claim your payments as a medical expense.
