I have a question about the Canada Training Credit. How do I know if I can claim it?

It shows up in my 2022 Notice of Assessment that I had 500 in credits. Then in my 2023 NoS, it doesn't show at all. How do I know if I can still claim it?

Did you use the Canada training credit (CTC) in 2023? Or were you somehow ineligible , like you weren’t a resident of Canada?
