I have a RRSP contribution made in first 60 days of 2016, but not previously claimed. I do not see a any area for claiming this deduction on the 2016 return

Those contributions must be claimed on the 2015 tax return. You will need to file a T1 Adjustment to CRA in order to claim those. See below for more information:
