I have a T2202 for tuition fees, but my employers paid for my tuition. Information says I can't claim this, so do I just not report the T2202?

If you were reimbursed for part of your tuition costs, you can still claim the tuition but only the part that was not reimbursed. If you were reimbursed for the full amount, you can’t claim any tuition, but you can still put in the number of months you went to school (Full Time/Part Time) to get the provincial education credit.
