I have a T4RSP for RRSPs transferred due to the death of my wife in 2017. Is there an amount I can claim to offset the amount of the RRSPs transferred from my wife.

Yes.
Enter an RRSP contribution equal to the eligible transfer amount and indicate it as a transfer on the RRSP entry screen.
