I have a US Pension and it should not be taxable on my CA return. How can I disclose this in the software?

When I go through the review process the software suggests that my US pension may not be taxable because of a tax treaty.  How do I disclose this in the software.  When I select the option it applies to me it just takes me back to the Foreign Income screen.  I have marked it is USA income but there is not an option to indicate it is not taxqable.

Income tab - Tslips - Foreign Slip - enter in your US pension income exempt under a tax treaty there.
