I have already filed the return. And have found numbers for RRSP deduction (See Schedule 7 and attach receipts.) which I have no idea of at all. What should I do next?

If you think that there was a mistake on your income tax return that you filed, you will need to wait until you receive your notice of assessment in the mail to make sure that CRA never caught the mistake and fixed it. If not, then you will need to amend your return.
