I have an RRSP receipt from the first 60 days of 2017 that i never claimed. how can I do that this year?

RRSP contributions made in the first 60 days of 2017 should be reported on your 2016 income tax return.  Once they are reported on your 2016 income tax return, they can then be declared as unused RRSP contributions on your 2017 income tax return.
