I have full disability and T2201 filed with CRA. Is CPP disability different than CRA as my T4A(9P) does not show disability income, only retirement.

Yes, the Disability Tax Credit (DTC) and CPP Disability Benefits are two separate things. You can receive CPP Disability Benefits and not qualify for the DTC, a Non-Refundable Tax Credit used to lower your tax payable on your income tax return that requires approval from CRA.

And vice versa, many DTC qualifiers do not receive CPP Disability Benefits as they have not contributed to CPP, or have not been approved by Service Canada.
