I have mutual funds within an RRSP. I would like to switch mutual funds from fund A to fund B within my RRSP. Do I need to declare capital gain on my income taxes?

Generally, as long as the funds do not leave your RRSP, no tax will be due. Consult your provider to ensure there will be no withdrawal from the plan.
