I input my total tuition and on the summary form it only shows up in the federal section and not the provincial! Why?

If you live in Ontario or Saskatchewan, the provincial tuition credit is only available for part of the year. So if you only have tuition for the second part of the year (in the Total for 2017 column), there will be no provincial credit. If you did have amounts pertaining to the first part of the year, check that they have been entered in the column Jan 1 – XXXX. (Deductions > Students> Tuition Fees).

If you live in New Brunswick or Yukon, the Tuition credit has been eliminated for 2017 so there will be no provincial credit available.
