having this problem. To change the name written for you or your spouse, click
on the “Setting Up” tab and select “[Name]’s Personal Info”. You can verify if
you are on your own or your spouse’s personal info page by looking at the
Social Insurance Number (SIN).
If don’t see the “Setting Up” tab,
click the grey "Back" button to go back to the previous screen.
