I moved to europe august 2023 and am now non-resident......but have to pay back Oas.....WILL tax canada issue a new NR4 showing the actual amount I paid ?

In order to clarify this, you will need to contact the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) at 1-800-959-8281 if you need to pay this through the CRA. If you need to speak with OAS please call Service Canada at 1-800-277-9914.
