I paid $9000.00 to take a course in pre employment safety training can i write this of on my taxes and if so where

If you were already employed, you would ask your employer to sign a T2200 stating that the training was required for continued employment.  You would then fill out the actual claim on a T777.  If you are not employed, CRA considers continued education to be for personal satisfaction and therefore not deductible.
