I paid for a course in order to qualify for the job I currently hold. Can I claim the expense of this course?

If the cost of the course was over $100, you can claim it as an Eligible Tuition Fee. To do so in TurboTax, click on "Find" (little magnifying glass) and type in Tuition Fees and hit Go.
