cannot enter country as UK - choices are: none; USA; country #2 or country #3. Also nowhere to indicate funds received in CAD

Enter as Ither Foreign Pension. Enter the exact total as you receive it into your bank account.
Source country UK. I do this every year with two UK pensions.
