I received wage-loss replacement plan this year, do I enter all I paid in contributions to this plan (my part only) since I started 9 years ago?

So I was off from work due to injury and received wage-loss replacement plan (t4a). I see a box that says ''Contributions you made to the plan after 1967, other than those used to reduce income in the past years''. Since I have never entered anything, can I enter everything I paid since I was employed (9 years at the same place)?

Please enter information/amounts as seen on your information slip in matching boxes in your return as seen below. If you have a box 32, enter that in your return. Past contributions are already included in that amount as seen in this information from the Canada Revenue Agency. If you also have a box 162 then you can enter that information too.
