I withdrew my RRSP using the HBP in 2024. My minimum payments would not start in that year. How do I enter that in to turbo tax and generate schedule 7?

If you don't need to make repayments to your HBP, then you just need to enter your T4RSP slip for the withdrawal. To do this in TurboTax Online, search for T4RSP on the Tax Home screen.
