If I have money in RSP but did not add to it in 2014, what is this claimed under?

You don't report anything for RSP contributions if you didn't contribute in the tax year.

Do you have unused contributions carried forward from a prior year? Those would be added to the RRSP section under Contributions Carried forward from a prior year.
