If I made a T3 investment with $ already in my TFSA, not transferred from a non-reg. investment sale, why are proceeds being treated as taxable?

All the $ I used to create my TFSA is from my own savings, not a transfer of an RRSP account. The disposition proceeds are staying in my TFSA account. Why are they being treated as taxable?

Income from a TFSA should not be on T3 or be reported on your tax return as it is not taxable. Are you entering this information in your tax return even though you don't have a receipt from your bank or financial institution, or do you actually have a slip that reports this income?
