Claiming tuition fees, is it possible to claim the federal tuition but not claim the provincial tuition in the same year? Thank you.
If your provincial tax is high enough that your provincial tuition amounts can be applied, you must apply them. It's not optional. Tuition credits must be applied to any tax owing.
