In 2017 I started a part-time post secondary program in BC. Work pays tuition and books, but not school fees, tech, etc. Can I claim any of these expenses on my taxes?

Fees I mention are mandatory fees required by my university (student union, etc.), application fees, proctor fees, etc. Each semester they are probably at least $200 in total. 

I also had to buy a new computer for the program, which I was hoping could be tax deductable.
