In the Manitoba tuition fee income tax rebate section (in part 2) there are multiple text blocks that all sound VERY similar. I cannot tell which one to select if any!

Which numbers do I need from my 2016 notice of assessment and where do I find those numbers?? (for the income tax rebate and the cumulative amounts etc)

In Part 2 of the Manitoba tuition fee rebate for 2017:

Box 1: Enter the cumulative tuition fees from your 2016 NOA

Box 2: Enter any eligible tuition fees paid after Dec 31, 2003, that you have not claimed before

Box 3: Enter the cumulative tuition fee income tax rebate from your 2016 NOA

Box 4: Enter the cumulative Manitoba advance tuition fee income tax rebate from your 2016 NOA

These may not all be applicable to you – just fill in what is.
